We welcome you at the dock with a beverage**, followed by the Cornelius speech, a story about the island and shellfish talks with several samples of fresh shellfish/fish. After the welcome ceremony we welcome you into the restaurant to enjoy our meteorological menu.

The menu at Cornelius is inspired by the elements. Our chef Steffen Romerheim composes the daily changing menu on the best resources the ocean has to offer.

This is our way of serving buffet. We use only the freshest of ingredients.

We serve all of the best we have at Holmen. Starting with our famous shellfish soup, itcontinues with oysters, sea urchins, scallops, crab claw, mussels, mussels, crayfish, lobster and various smoked products and much more.
Shellfish Platter Kr.895,-
Here you will enjoy what we have in the seawater tanks. Oysters, sea urchins, mussels, scallops, crayfish, crab claw and fresh mussels.
Smokehouse Platter Kr.695,-
Our smallest platter is served with shellfish soup and smoked products from our smoke-oven, shrimp, mussels, horse mussels and crab claws. Seasonal dessert kr. 115, -

Vi har daglige båttransport fra Bryggen ut til Conelius, alle dager mandag til lørdag kl. 18.00 Vi benytter oss av store, varme & trygge båter som bringer deg trygt og komfortabelt frem og tilbake, uansett vær. Vi tilpasser også båtavganger etter behov.
